In addition to the dramatics events onstage, the Caracalla Dance theatre are also renown for their beautiful, breathtaking sets that provide a backdrop to the eloquence and fluidity of the dance. There have been many collaborators over the years, whose work has been accredited worldwide and have built and designed some of the most highly acclaimed sets in theatre and film to date. Starting with a simple sketch, magic is woven in to produce a set of mystical wonder. Stage by stage, starting from a simple sketch, moving to three dimensional model, the final set is created through the talents and creation of the amalgamated imagination of many. Details are vital to the Caracalla set, for to create an overall look that will depict the backdrop of each historical period it is essential that the intricacies of every scene be authentic and true.
